a. Cancellation Before Payment.

  If you have not paid for your order, please do not be worried and there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We receive hundreds of 'test' orders every day. We ignore all orders until a matching payment is received. So if you haven't paid, don't be worried, we're not processing your order. You are under no obligation to follow through and pay for an order.

b.        Cancellation After Payment

Any order can be withdrawn within 24 hours since it was ordered, and are fully refundable. Any refund claim made after 24 hours since an order was made and before shipment is initiated is half refundable. (The time of issuing withdrawal is the time when an e-mail or call in this regard is received by us)
